Domestic Shipping Policy | Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Subscription Box shipments:

By fulfilling the first payment installment for ANY Subscription Box from Cynthia's Southern Luxuries, you authorize Cynthia's Southern Luxuries to charge your credit/debit card used on www.cynthiassouthernluxuries.com upon purchase(s) thru the period specifically stated in the selected under the subscription box plan. By completing the initial payment process you agree that you understand that your information will be saved on file for future transactions on your account regarding your chosen recurring subscription purchase for the total subscription period. Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We use the mailing carrier USPS (https://www.usps.com/) to ship our orders. Visit the USPS website to review their Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and “Helpful Links” for detailed information.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If you do not receive your package in a timely manner, please contact us and we will gladly track your order for you. OR

Shipment to P.O. boxes or other addresses

Cynthiassouthernluxuries.com ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.

Countries where we can't ship to due to United States laws and regulations:

Burma (Republic of the Union of Myanmar), Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan or Syria. If an order is originated from or intended to be shipped to these countries, the order will be canceled and all fees will be refunded.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 72 hours. Cynthia’s Southern Luxuries is not responsible for customer errors in the shipping address provided. If you realize that you have entered the wrong shipping address for your order contact us immediately by calling (910)364-8281 (if you do not get an answer please leave a voicemail) and emailing us at cynthiassouthernluxuries@gmail.com. We will not be able to change or update the shipping information for orders that have already been shipped.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Cynthiassouthernluxuries.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Shipping laws are different in each country. Please check with your customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Order Cancellations and Changes

To cancel your order, please contact us at cynthiassouthernluxuries@gmail.com before the order is shipped. Unfortunately, we can not cancel orders that have been shipped.


We can make any order changes if contacted within 48 business day hours after the initial placement of the order by the customer and before the order has been shipped.


Damages

Cynthiassouthernluxuries.com is not liable for any products damaged, lost during shipping, or stolen. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
