At Cynthia's Southern Luxuries® we wish to maintain safe conditions at all times; Due to the overriding sanitary concerns surrounding transporting beauty, cosmetic, and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Most of our products are intimate or sanitary goods, contain hazardous materials, or flammable liquids, oils, or gases so we can not accept the exchange or return of these products once they have been taken out of their original packaging for safety reasons. Our return policy is final and effective upon the shipping of all Cynthia's Southern Luxuries® products.

We take pride in handcrafting our products with care and focus. In the instance that we unknowingly or accidentally produce or ship a product or batch of products that are found to be defective or tainted, we take full responsibility and will refund the full amount of the defective product (not including the shipping fee). We will send you an email to notify you if we become aware that we have sent a defective product. In some circumstances we will reship the defective product without incurring shipping fees to the purchaser. If you receive a defective or tainted product please contact us immediately upon observation. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are still in their original packaging, defective or tainted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
